The brand “XAHV” formally now as “XRATED” was established in Los Angeles Ca in 2018 by Xavier Hardy. During this time period the founder felt there was a lack of black designers he knew in his community and having a passion for design since the age of 8 he felt it was only right to create his own. His grandma gifted him first his sewing machine in middle school, the rest was truly history.
